Although sales are final due to hygiene and COVID-19, we will consider exchanges for hair bundles. All lace sales are FINAL!  Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition and packaging to be accepted.

To process an exchange, you must contact us at orders@ within (5) days of receipt of your order (determined by your shipment tracking). You will be responsible for return shipping and a small restocking fee (on a case by case basis).
